The space was designed to combine 3 separate women's clinics and a Perinatal clinic for high risk pregnancies into one floor plan. The office for MedPartners, Inc., now independently owned by Women's Healthcare Associates, LLC.

The West Hills Women's Clinic, Westside Women's Care, Zuilke Women's Clinic, and Northwest Perinatal were combined to include 50 patient rooms, minor procedure rooms, ultrasound rooms, mammography rooms, and administrative space including a conference room, staff lounge, medical records storage, and spaces for advice nurses and schedulers. The Perinatal clinic has its own entry/reception area for patient privacy, but shares some of the Ultrasound and Mammography services with the main clinic. The overall space was designed in four "Pods" sharing administrative, building services, lab, and reception areas.
