This congregate-care living facility was designed on an extremely long and narrow site by maintaining a centrally located common area and clustering housing units into two wings surrounding courtyards.

Features include a library, a club room with card tables and an athletic facility housing exercise equipment, a sauna, a pool and showers. A 150-seat dining room is divided into three sections on two levels to create the feeling of an upscale restaurant. Private dining rooms give individuals the choice of intimacy, apart from the open, cafe-style seating.
